Cash shop not loading

Every time I try to access the cash shop I get:

Service Unavailable

The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

Everywhere else is lagging, but this is the only page I am getting this error on. Please fix this before the sale ends or extend the sale :0)

I'm getting this error on the items page of the Cash Shop.
I've tried accessing it on both FF and Chrome, and I'm still getting it. :c
I can access any other page just fine. It's only doing it on this page.

The same is happening to me, also the lagging. I tried using Firefox 13.0.1 and Internet Explorer 6.3.15.0, neither works for me.

Edit:

I use Windows XP, if that's any help.

I'm getting this error on the forums, not just the Cash Shop. Particularly, a number of threads in the Human Avatar board, and some others. Glad to know it's not just me.
