There are a list of requirements on the Blue Building page. I think the event you're talking about is the bumbus one, if I'm not mistaken? You only need to get that event if you want to change one of your existing pets into a bumbus, but you'd still need to complete the requirements to get into the building.

No, I was speaking of the event that said I got my summons. I know about the list of requirements after you get your password.

No, my event said something along the lines of "Something is waiting for you at the Blue Building! Oh no, how will you pick it up if you don't have your password yet?" Then I entered and there was a note for me with my password.

How can you answer your summons if you haven't even gained access to the Blue Building yet?
