I've never drawn a pitbull before, and it looks weird to me, so.

Can someone redline this for me or just give me some help with the anatomy and all that good stuff?

thanks! drag for full size

@SHARK
Its looking really good
I wish I could give a few pointers but you seem to have a better understanding of anatomy than myself.
The only thing that sticks out to me is that the eye to the left looks odd. I can't pinpoint why though.

Now this is just an opinion and I'm not sure if its correct but because the dogs right hind leg is stretched out, I would imagine the dog would have more weight shifted to its right front leg to keep an even balance. I think if you relaxed the left leg the pose would look more natural.

Hmm, well, it's a nice sketch of a dog, but it doesn't really look like a pitbull to me. It lacks that iconic square head that a pittbull has; yours looks a little more like a lab's face in that respect. Speaking of the face, be very careful about the perspective on it. On animal faces especially it can be difficult to get everything to line up, and unfortunately here the nose, eyes and ears are all pointing different directions. You can fix that fairly easily just by mapping out your drawing beforehand. It's tedious to do, but it pays off big time. The ground plane might also be crooked, but it could just be the surface the dog's sitting on. If that's the case, you should indicate it more just so no one thinks it looks wrong.

Another thing that's missing is that barrell chest that's characteristic of pitbulls. It's hinted at, but a little more detail might be nice. You should be careful of the arch in the back, too. Cats actually do have a hump in their backs like that, but it's not quite like that on dogs... well, most of them anyway. Obviously there's gonna be some variation. =P

I've got a nice book on creature design from Terryl Whitlash, who did all the creature designs for the Star Wars series. She goes into a lot of detail explaining vrious animal anatomies and she's got a bit on dogs. There's nothing on pitbulls specifically, but I think these images can help anyway.
Here's the anatomy of a boston bull terrier:

It's very similar to a pitbull's anatomy, you just need to adjust the proportions.

And here's her interpretation of Cerberus, as a mastiff creature:

I picked this out because mastiffs have a similar chest structure to a pitbull, so it doesn't need too much tweaking to get it to look right.

One more thing: something that stood out to me in your drawing was the back leg area. I know it's simplified, but some things aren't clear to me. Here's how i would have approached it:

(Take that with a grain of salt, though.)

Well, I hope this helped you out a little! =) Just do a little research and get some good references, and you'll be set.
