I've never entered a contest before, but I'm pretty interested in joining this one!
I will start working on both of them

but I do have a question, your description on the design for Apatite a bit confusing to me....
do you mean the land animals mixed with an aquatic animal? :O so like a horse with a fish tail? haha sorry

@Mermaid it can pretty much be a mix of any kind of creatures but yes like an example a horse with a fish tail. I'm just looking for something tropical feeling or like a water element feeling. Also once I get your entry I will be sending over the Ooh La Layers since you re my first entry. =3

@Torbjorn lol...I would do that but it wouldn't be fair but you could do a pixel of Apatite if ya want. I might extend the end date some cause getting entries so far is slow and I wanna try to up the prizes some.

I will also try to get some prizes for people who enter as an entry prize/ thank you gift.

Neat! I might be busy with classes, but I'd like to try and design Apatite. What is their personality and gender supposed to be? Do you prefer him/her to be feral or anthro?

@gittygreengerbil it's male and feral and Apatite is energetic, playful, and loves shiny things. I'll also extend the end date some.

Hello I'm back! C:
I'm sorry my entry picture took a while, I moved a few days ago and we haven't had internet till a day or two ago

but I decided to draw Nyx first, cause she is a cutie

2. Nyx without Background

I decided to do a cute background but I included her without in case you did not want the background since I'm not skilled on them

also, I really would like to design Apatite, so I will start working on that to

Alright~ Here are my entries. (/cries a little. I forgot it said only once per option. I drew three Apatites xD)
Here is the design that I settled on throwing in for Apatite. I hope it's not cheating that I did two pictures, just, changed one thing, but I want to give the option. So here it is, Without Ears and With Ears
(It's supposed to be a fusion of a Dog, a Seal, and a Stingray, just so you know)

I also have an entry for Nyx, so here it is~ Taadaa~

I have larger versions of all of them if you want and if you are interested in seeing the other Apatite pictures that I did stupidly, I'd be glad to show them to you. It was just so hard to try one design. But the one I posted is.. the most normal I guess. And I'd post the others here just for fun, but I don't want to mess up my chances~

(And I'll tell you now, the other designs I did for Apatite were Turtle/Dragon and Parrot/Iguana so you can see that the one I chose was more normal)
(Oh and I can make any of them transparent, Sorry I didn't do so, I forgot)

@Torbjorn thank you so much for entering and I'm sorry if I bothered ya any and Nyx looks so cute with the icecream cone. x3

@Arekuruukaze I'd love to see the other designs <3 and it's no problem that they're not transparent. xD...I'm not a very picky person and I love designing characters so no worries on making many different ones. I might take out that rule cause I like to see more designs from anyone who is as excited as you are about making them xD...I just didn't want them making to many to where they might not get anything but I'll try my best to compensate with some sort of payment.

~ Note to everyone: Extended the end date one last time for anyone to enter. It'll end on September 1st for sure! So enter now while you can!
