Hi, I'm new around these parts. My name is Sarah, but I also go by Wolfy. I'm 20 years old, college student. I love animals, so I end up on these virtu-pet sites in my spare time. Until I find a job, that means often. I was looking for a site like Neopets, and now... I can't seem to keep away from here!

Actually I have a quick question for anyone who wants to answer: When haggling with the main shops, how low WILL they go? xD Is there any sort of tact to the haggling?

and i want to say the haggling limit is maybe 10% - 20%. but i'm not sure.
i know with discount cards you can get up to 30% automatically.

@LonexWolf12;; i normally just drop the price to the nearest zero factor.
like if the item was 440sP i'd go to 400sP or if it was 1299sP i'd go to 1250sP, maybe 1200sP.
it all depends on the price, i guess.

I guess that's more realistic... like haggling with a real shop owner. Like how asking for $9 for a $10 item is realistic, not so much asking $3 for a $9 item. Ay. I've had too much antiquing this summer.

YES, I have been there on and off since I was about 12 years old. 8 years. I resisted the soul-stealing for a while. Must have been lucky socks or something, all my socks have holes in them now *mutters*. The artwork on the characters and pets here is beautiful. I much prefer it to theirs.

that's a pretty long time o: careful, if you hang out here too much you might end up forgetting about neo altogether, haha. ~~not that that's a bad thing.~~ sorry about the socks, man. it is, isn't it? ♥ have you found / been linked to a help site yet? if so you can go to the pet lists most of them have and drool over the pets because there's just so many pretty ones.

I'll take my chances

. Oh I had a puddle of drool beneath me on that help site. I looked at all of the colors several times, recorded my favorites. Wrote down possibilities for my pets.

:'D That's potentially problematic. Yes, I antique. I like marbles best, and have a few jars full. But I also like getting cheap, forgotten but still wonderful small furniture items with which to furnish places with. Maybe try collecting small things like pins or coins if you DO decide to start! They do not fill the house as quickly (Only a few drawers. Maybe a large Narnia-like antique wardrobe if you're persistent in your finds).

The galactic, reborn and glade Cadogre. I've always liked dragon-type Pokemon, so anything remotely dragon-like catches my interest now.

I THINK I've gone through all of the experiments.... wait for it... and now I have!

if you ever want an experiment pet you can zap your pets at the zapper v2 in atebus
might take a while though xD

@ I like that idea! That would be cool. Each piece tells a story, so much history in one room.

@ No, not the paralix! It reminds me of a Chinese dragon. Not the dragon that's in my little ol head o_o.

aw, i see. will you be making a character for yours?

and yep! they're completely random. i don't know if the normal zapper does this, but the zapper v2 sometimes turns items in your inventory into something worthless, so make sure you don't have something valuable sitting around there when you zap your pets.

well once you get busy with the sP earning business you could buy some art for them? all you'd have to do is write the story. and have someone make a pet profile (or use a premade one or make it yourself if you can do that).
