Pretty sure that was only available for the event. You'll need to buy them from user shops. Just search "Liquid-Filled" and buy one. Color doesn't matter

Ah, right! I couldn't remember the name, either, and the shop search is being wonky. I put in "potion" and can't scroll down to look for a familiar name. Thanks so much!
