Limit Amount of times people can win Potion Lottery

I would like to suggest an implementation of a feature that would prevent people from winning more than one Potion Lottery in a single week.

Lately, I've noticed people winning multiple Potion Lotteries in a single week, and I believe this to be unfair to the people that have yet to win the Potion Lottery.

By limiting the number of times one can win the Potion Lottery in a single week, you effectively can help allow more different people to win the Potion Lottery and get the achievement that they get for winning.

As someone who won with two tickets, I believe the lottery is pretty much fair - if the same people are winning, then it's likely they're mass ticketing everyday (or have some awesome luck) and I don't see any problem with it. Actually, mass ticketing hardly pays off, so if that's the case, they're probably just doing for the fun of it...

To me, limit winnings in the PL is as good as limiting how many good items someone can vend or restock. The more effort/money you put into it, the more likely it is for you to get it. Just my two cents.

One thing I've learned on Subeta - nothing has to be fair.

So no, I don't think there should be a limit implemented ^^

No. That doesn't make any sense. There are people who enjoy playing the potion lottery and sink quite a bit of sP into doing so. I can think of one user in particular who has won several dozen times over the years and has entered several of her friends as well and caused them to win. If that's what she enjoys doing then great! The potion lottery is a good sP sink and anyone willing to dump a fortune into it should be allowed to do so if they're so inclined. If someone wants to win bad enough then they have the same opportunity to sink a fortune into winning as well. There's nothing unfair about the way it's set up right now.
