Where is the healer?

I'm not sure why but on both my iPad and laptop, I can't find the healer at the Riverside. Anyone know what happened?

The Healer is in the Sacred Lands now, next to the Souk in a small dome and tower building.

That's because it's located in The Sacred Lands now. I couldn't find it at first either.

It's that white and yellow dome shaped building right outside the souk (marketplace).
