and I don't know if this is simple or not
but in the image I just want a scroll box in the box that is red outlined with white
so I can just add comment box and info . etc.

Please see my profile and tell me if you want anything changed.
Unfortunately, I think your bg image is a little too big for my screen resolution
so it's cut off

However, I was able to fit the scrolling box in.

EDIT: I resized your bg picture, and hopefully it looks okay!
