I always refused to believe in number 13. My thoughts were, "If I start getting a cramp or feeling sick to my stomach, I'll just get out of the pool and rest for a while."

A big one when I was little was I thought people born under the zodiac sign Cancer would get Cancer. I'm a Cancer so I was scared to death for the longest time.

Yes, my mother did so much to give me and my brother a 'magical' childhood! We didn`t have a lot of money either, so she always says how guilty she feels (she has a 6 year old daughter now who she spoils) and I always have to remind her how perfect it was even without the spoiling!
And yes!! Its in my bag of tricks should I ever had kids too! Something so simple made me feel safe! xD
