So, 90% of the B&C forum posts are about people changing their usernames - I was wondering if it would be any use creating a new sub forum for such topics? Or even making a subforum somewhere like the General Chat or something, to post these threads? XD

I would be all for this.
I love seeing name updates because it allows me to keep track of users I only sort of know, maybe for the fanpet thread, or my art shop and for crediting art, or just generally.
But it does clutter up the main page.

I completely agree with this.It's nice seeing users being happy about getting their name changed but those threads also take up most of space on the main B&C forum.

This has actually been brought up before. Just think about it though...make too many subforums and what is going to go in the original B&C?

I actually kind of wish this would happen. On the first page of threads on B&C, 16/48 of the threads are about UN changes. That is 1/3 of the boards there. Random events and restocking have their own subforums, but there seems to be more threads made about UN changes than restocks and REs, so it would kind of make sense to have its own subforum.

Buying discounted Kumos items and intelligence boosters.

I would have agreed with this not long ago, but it seems like nearly every thread in B&C that isn't about name changes, ends up getting moved to the Feedback thread. I agree with User not found (1): Tche that it might become dead if they did that now.

Just because we have other useless subforums doesn't mean we need more. On that topic though, I'd support deleting the RE one and maybe the gift one.

I don't think the gift bragging should be deleted BUT I know I wouldn't mind the RE and the Quests and Achievements being combined. Some of those overlap.

(and this is coming from a former B&C mod too...I moved very recently to P&B)

I think it's absolutely fine that we don't have a separate subforum for that, otherwise the main BC would look dead. People don't complain or brag about other things very often.

I think a subforum for this would be very useful for people who like to keep track of name changes. A lot of the topic titles don't include the all important name change information. If someone's title is 'I finally did it' people have to read the OP to see what that person's talking about. Have they changed their name, got through Kryps, found a Bucket Of Polar Water or what?
