Being completely new to CWs, I figured it's probably best to get some input before I proceed further... Also, I'm just a sucker for good critique ;;

Now, onto my first project! What I'd love some opinions on, is if this item would even have any chance of getting accepted? What do I need to work on? (cleaning up some of the lineart is definitely on my list xD)

Would people like to see this as part as an MLP tribute series? For example, after adding in her wings & making her Glade-ish in colour (to fit the Tribute rules!), she'd be a Fluttershy tribute... The other 5 main characters would get unique lineart and be treated the same (i.e. Rainbow Dash = Spectrum Pony, etc etc hehe).

So yeah, would love to hear your opinions! C:

Pinkie Pie has joined the mix! Still working out some kinks (that far back leg def needs to be moved over) but what do you guys think in terms of pose? Can I add the balloon or would that be considered 2 items? QUESTIONS, QUESTIONS!

I can't really offer any artistic advice, as I don't make my own, but if you ever do a Celestia or Rarity tribute, I'd love a ping! c:

I don't have any critique at all;
But I would be in high interest for the other ponies! Mostly Pinkie Pie.
So, I'm interested in seeing more. The idea is great and the ones you've got so far seem to fit perfectly!

I think I remember a few months ago @ (sorry if I pinged the wrong person) was doing a similar thing with the MLP, but they put a hiatus on releasing the ponies due to personal reasons.
I'm personally for a whole HEAP of MLP stuff!
Have you pinged CWcritique yet? They're usually really helpful

Ah, y'all are so sweet, thank-you! ;;<3 These two were just the easiest to decide color-wise... Pinkie Pie, I'm thinking Dawn's probably my best bet, maybe Lilac for Twilight Sparkle? As for Rarity.. What do you guys thing of Glacier? All the Glacier pets seem pretty snooty, it's probably most fitting for her. Then Princess Celestia; Angelic, Princess Luna, Galactic, Discord could be Graveyard.... Queen Chrysalis could be Nuclear... Hehehe, all the possibilities! /gets carried away

These are really well done style wise. Just be sure your light source is in the top left corner, cause i'm not sure it is right now. Granted i'm on an itouch viewing it.

I think you've got a really cute idea and it's something that should be doable, however the anatomy is looking pretty off to me right now so I'd suggest doing some more research/work on that for both of these. I'm on my way out the door so don't really have time to do a serious critique or redline for you, but glade pony's shoulders/front legs is looking really off to me, along with how far back that one back leg is stretching out, and dashes chest and leg on the left there look like they could use some work as well. The head is a bit big too but I'm assuming that's intentional since a large head seems to be standard for MLPs.

For the fluttershy one I think those front legs need to come back a little so the chest/shoulder is more defined and she's not as twisted - so it'd be more of a 3/4 view for the body. But it may just be how right now the legs look like they're at the very edge of the body instead of slightly set under that's doing that so it may work to just bring the chest/shoulders out a little more too. These are a few (not so great) refs I found that might help to show what I'm talking about.

With all the MLP fans I'm surprise there aren't any pony companions onsite yet XD

For Fluttershy, glade is a great choice. I think your lineart looks pretty good. I think her body could use a bit more shading though (you'd need at least 3-5 layers of shading), like her right hind leg (since it's on the other side of her body), some shadow cast by the head and the mane etc.

As for Rainbow Dash, it's cute how she's licking the HA's face XD. Maybe add a lightning bolt on her forehead (although with the angle it'd be hard to see) or her chest?

I can totally imagine a Glacier Rarity. The Glacier Demi totally has a Rarity-snooty look

@ For items, you could use each pony's pet! A bunny for the Fluttershy one, a turtle for the Rainbow Dash one, etc. You could make them well-loved stuffed animals, maybe.

I would totally buy one of these! Or all of them!
The best I can think of as items for these would be a butterfly for Fluttershy, a Spectrum lightning bolt for Rainbow Dash, an ice crystal for Rarity etc. I'm not sure how that would work with the Dawn and Lilac ones, though.

(Twilight should totally be Twilight)

Yaay! Thank-you guys for the wonderful support ;; <33 Added updated and hopefully final versions of Fluttershy(woops, just kidding, need to fix that back leg!) and Rainbow Dash... I have an idea in mind for Pinkie Pie & Applejack so they'll likely be up next, then Rarity and Twilight Sparkle. C: Would you guys rather I start trying to release them as they are finished, or wait until they are all done and do a big release?

I absolutely LOVE that Pinkie Pie! I need to save my csc for that baby, omfg.
I'm not sure if the balloon would be considered two item... I hope to GOD they aren't because that is the cutest thing. ;A; I love the pose! I'm not sure what other pose would be good for her, aside from hopping or doing the bouncy dance.

I read your last post, and I see that you wanted to know if you should release them all at once or as you finish them.
I think it should be as you finish them since they take you a while to do? Whichever is easier for you to handle.

Your shading is absolutely amazing.
However, I don't think it matches Subeta's style.
It doesn't really look like cell shading to me?
Nor does the light source look right, particularly on the glade one.
I do still think they're amazing though. C:
