It's my understanding that you can use any Subeta art for any pet as long as changes are made to it, such as color and texture and changing the eye color etc. It would make sense that a tigrean use cat art of some kind. In this case, this is original art by User not found: ahri.

The ovelay looks like it uses the reborn feli's pose (and base art) rather than a tigrean base (which does seem strange but i guess if it got approved, the staff must have thought it was okay). I didnt think you could use other pets bases in a custom overlay if your pet isn't part of the species *shrugs*

Wait, I thought custom overlays had to be at least tangentially related to the pet color or species (something about "misrepresenting" the pet or something, same reason you can't use nicknames on pet buttons)?
