The muzzle bothers me.. I dont know whether it's the top half or the chin area, but it seems.. Stretched.. Or distorted a little. Either that, or the nose is too big. I dont know. Also, where's it's collar? <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/smiley_sadface.gif" border="0" />

Make the head smaller. And the eyes - those are way too big. It's pretty chunky, but then again the old ones are chunky too, sooo... yeah. I appreciate how you tried to keep it chunky though, that's cool. <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_smile.gif" border="0" />

Also, the wings look too cramped. You have plenty of space left over in that square - use it! Let's see him spread those wings a little.

I think this is what the clawsion is to look like. Its suppose to have short legs and a kick ass kind of look on its face. My only things with this is that the tail could be shown more and the eyes maybe are a tad to big. But I love it! I don't think it really needs a collar. But if a lot of people want it so badly maybe there should be one. *shrugs* I love the markings! Awesome job to the artist! =3

I never thought the Clawison looked good at all. This gives it some justice, but it just doesn't cut it. Love it's large eyes, though. & Yeah, looks too chibi. =/

Er... and when I say it's a problem I had with the old Clawsion, I meant the old common Clawsion. ^^; The redraws are just lovely, but the common and colorfill colors aren't as pleasing to the eyes, and I'd like to see those changed.
One thing I forgot to mention -- a slightly more yellow hue to the sabres would look nice. The old yellow is a bit much, but I don't think the teeth should be <i>too</i> white either, you know? x3;

Well... let's see.
The art is fantastic, VERY noticeable improvement and I'm in love with those wings, but I think it looks a bit too chibi -- something I find to be a problem with the old Clawsion as well. The legs could be lengthened just a bit, I think. IMO, the best Clawsion colors are the ones where it doesn't look <i>too</i> chibi.
The face is adorable, but I also find it a little flat. The ears I'm not too fond of; the shading doesn't make them look too furry, so it almost looks as if they're... made of fabric or something. I also thought the notches in the old Clawsion ears were a nice touch, and I'll miss them.
The markings aren't <i>bad</i>, but I don't much care for the purple -- it just seems sort of... oddly placed. I'd like to see a version with faded white rather than faded purple, just to compare and see if it looks better.
The purple around the neck, as well, doesn't look quite right when we have the old Clawsion to compare it to. I thought the collar was nice, but if the collar is definitely out, then maybe try using a dark blue rather than the purple?
Although I don't own a Clawsion for some odd reason, I've always had a major soft spot for the species, and I'm glad to see it's getting a revamp. :]

It's cute but... not my idea of what a clawsion should be. All of it's other colors have really fierce poses / longer legs / and overall just a less 'chibi' look to them. I love cute pets, but this revamp seems a little too over the top.

The eyes look like they could use a lor mote life to them. (getting darker and more more lighter to the middle, plus maybe a bit more reflection, but thats just my pickyness with eyes showing)
Plus the eyes should be ... smaller .. narrower. At first I thought that the clawsion was already revamped further down the news and this WAS thne chibi redraw.
The mouth looks ... WAY to high and close to the mouth, also, I think it could help some if the mought goes a bit lower and then the sabres, it kinda looks like it has paper cut sabres with the way the mouth is now, also the sabres themselves may look more realistic with a slightly more yellow hue. (Doesn't have to be that much though, but usually teeth are white if they can put them in the mouth, and ... well that wouldn't be too fun for the little guy.
The ears ... I don't know what it is but .. they somehow don't appeal to me, maybe if they had small 'cuts' in them like the origonal, also maybe if the shading made it look more like fur (you know, jagged.) Instead of some ... odd material that you would find if you were cosplaying a clawsion.
The wings... first before I say anything: they are gorgeous now for the but: The way they show over the ear looks a little odd, maybe if the wings seemed to come out a bit more but ... I dunno, I think it would look more neautral if the ear was 'over' the wing, also I think they should be enlonged just a tad.
not that I dislike it but .... why is there a purple line arround the neck instead of the necklace? I dunno where that purple came from. Though the purple diamonds are a nice touch so maybe that neck fur is a nice change too but.. not many clawsions really need the revamp.
And finally: the legs.
I notice a lot of clawsions have long legs and stubby tails, like a sabretoothed cat, rabbit mix. Thats' one thing that I LOVED about the colours of the pet.
Other than that, its really lovely, I like the choice of colours and designs.

The purple markings seem a little too "sparkledawg" to me just because they are found nowhere else on the palette. If they were switched to match the dark blue ears (thus tying the ears into the body better as well) I think that's be one small improvement <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_smile.gif" border="0" />

I'm not a fan of the purple; the fade from white to dark purple makes it look like it's supposed to be magic, which I've never imagined the Clawsion as... The old markings looked a bit more natural.
Overall, though, I really like it. :3 I just wanted to nitpick at the spots.

But the eyes disturb me. By this I mean the fact that the eyes themselves are huge and cute, but those tiny eyebrows are located in a way that would fit a slightly angry face. Together brought, it doesn't look too good.

This is a nice revamp and I like the coloring a lot more, but the original marking around the eye showed the Wedjat... I liked that ); Surely it wouldn't be hard to keep that in there.

BTW, the clawsion's original eye was based on the Wedjat, or Eye of Horus, a symbol meant to ward off evil in ancient Egypt. I'd like it if that symbolism is kept; with the modifications to the eye markings, it's totally gone.

it seems a little..short? xD; i mean i know it's short anyway..but i think it got shorter lol and the upper/front part kinda weighs it down. maybe make the wings a big longer? and i wish it still had its collar and you could see it's tail and ear. the ears bother me too..kinda reminds me of a monkey lol

This is a lovely, and really needed, revamp. The shading is very attractive to me, and the colors are unusual and interesting. The character of the initial pet is there as well. I like the purple markings on the body, but not as much around the collar. I still like the markings, though.

This is the first ever revamp that I have voted for the old art. It isn't that the new art is bad. Trust me it is lovely. It just doesn't fit what a clawson should be. Why did you take away the collar and move the earring? I found that little "notch" out of the ear added character. And for the purple spots..... why? There is just no reason for them really. I swore I would never comain about this, but now it just sees out of control. All this adding of spots is crazy. If the art is good you wont need to "dress it up" with spots and patterns. Th Clawson already has the white diamond spots so the purple ones seem out of place and just slapped on as an after thought. The legs and head don't bother me though.

I don't really see the 'chunky'ness that seems to bother so many things. However, upon looking at this revamp, my first thought was 'that purple has got to go'. I'm sorry. It just doesn't seem to...fit, the whole Clawsion outlook. It's never been on any of the previous Clawsion designs, and I really thing it's an uneccessar addition.
Also, I to miss the collar. If you would take out the purple and put in the collar, this would be amazing.

For a second I thought this was the Chibi revamp of the Clawsion. <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_confused_shocked.gif" border="0" />; I think you should make the head a bit smaller like some other people suggested and you're golden. I quite like the short legs for some reason, I blame my dackle XD The colors are nice too.

I like it. I like the new markings. The art is a huge improvement. And in general, it's just a lot better looking than it was before. That said, the eyes are way too big (yes, they were originally, but the eyes were ugly then, too), the face/muzzle area could use more shading (looks a little too flat, I think), and the wings need to be smaller at the base (they look to be the same width the entire length and they do look strangely bent at the top). Other than that, I'm looking forward to this revamp (hopefully it won't go the way of the hekei), and I can't wait to see what the redraws look like. <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_smile.gif" border="0" />

I love this design. I won't be adding a Clawson, but if I was new, I would consider this revamp as a pet.
Minor personal opinion/isue: I am a BIG fan of purple, but the Clawson really has a good distribution of color and can lose the purple. I do like the old collar and would not want the Clawson to loose that bit of it's charm.
The yellowed teeth that everyone seems to have issue with, look a little silly on the original in my opinion. Go all the way with the gold teeth, like on the Galactic.

It's too. Chibi. D8 Admittedly, the Clawsion NEEDS a revamp, but it's too childish. With the big head, bigger ears, stumpy legs and lack of definition to the muzzle, it just looks like a childish pet.<br />And the Collar was a staple of the pet. I see no reason to get rid of it. Without the collar, the pet looks very.. different. Even where the earring is has changed. I do like the wings, but it looks like it Shrunk and hardly looks anything like it did before, without the old long legs, yellowed teeth and Fangs that were /actually/ pointy instead of rounded off at the edges.

I agree with the people who said this version looks almost too chibi-ish. And the legs really do look awful short and chunky x3 I liked the Galactic Clawsion; much longer (and it still had the collar!). I'm not a fan of the purple marks either : I'm not sure why artists feel compelled to add markings and such to a design that was fine as it was. Ah well.
Still...I must say the overall QUALITY of the art is far better than the old and I do like the whiter teeth :3

Lately every last revamp has had extra markings added onto them, and while that works fine on some species, not all species need it, nor look good in it. The Clawsion already had sufficient markings, and they looked fine as it was. Get rid of the funky purple markings, it's a nice idea, this fading concept, but it doesn't need to be on the Clawsion, just makes it look like your trying too hard, and bring the collar back. The collar has plenty of potential for an extra place to put palette colors if its SO essential to squeeze all the colors in.

I don't like the purple diamonds, they don't seem to flow right on the body to me (if that makes any sense, which it probably doesn't). I'm glad the design keeps the bear-cub form though. NO EW please don't! D; Love the side patterns but (please don't flame me) that is just ugly. Don't change the collar. I like the wings up high. And it looks a little too much like a Kougra. Sorry if I'm being blunt, but after the Keeto I really really really don't want this to change.

I'm 90% in love with this revamp, but I agree, it does look very Chibi. Too short and stocky, and too huge pupils. Muzzle could use some definition. I hated the collar on the other one, and think that the slash of color is much better. The earring looks stupid now - frankly I'd love it if it was gone entirely. Pets with accessories (such as the Clawsion and Montre) make me think that it's someone's fursiona, and I can't make the pet "mine."
Is it some sort of rule that all pets must have Kumos-bangs? It seems like tons of pets have them now.

Coming from someone who owns a GY clawsion.. I fear for Wesker.. He is not ment to be cute so I hope when you do get around to Revamping the GY ones cause I know its coming.. I'd like the collar to stay. I like the collars. The face seems a bit flat and legs are a bit stubby and small. Like others are saying just a bit too chibish..

Great improvement, but I think it needs longer/less stocky legs and should keep the collar. C: The wing overlapping the ear looks slightly odd too. Other than that, great job!

I like -parts- of the revamp, but I would definitely not be happy with that as the end result. I agree with many of the other comments saying that it looks too "chibi," at least in the body, and the face doesn't seem to fit the rest of the revamp. It's certainly flatter than the rest, but it also seems -larger- than the rest; it's out of proportion. I miss the swirls in the fur and the collar on this version, but the rest of the fur patterns look fantastic! The wings are lovely, though I agree that the ear would look better in front of the wings, and the white fangs are a HUGE improvement.

all-in-all I love the revamp...the shading is great and I love how they now have the little purple collar and the diamond markings are a little clearer...the eyes seem a little too large or maybe too much iris and not enough white? I'm not sure, they just seem that kind of creepy doll large...the kind that follow you everywhere and give you the heebie jeebies...that could just be me though...but even with the eyes, it's a beautiful revamp!

*o* That...is an awesome Clawsion.... My only suggestions are: Move the wing behind the ear and either somehow space the eyes further apart or make them smaller. I also wish we could see a little more of the tail, but I don't mind it too much... Voted new.

This is DEFINITELY an improvement.
My main critique would be the color choices. I would get rid of the purple all together and male the darker "blue" actually blue. The eyes and earring are now also too much of a clash. There are just too many colors going on, especially when they're all so bright.
I'm also wondering, why are the pupils not black? It gives it a bit of a dead look and doesn't seem to work for this pet.
Altogether though, this is obviously much nicer, I just think it needs some minor tweaking <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_heart.gif" border="0" />

Very cute, but I think that this Clawison looks a bit too chibified for the common color. I think that the eyes should be a bit smaller. Also I think that it should have the collar because that is what made the clawison unique.

This is great. I love it. It kept the bright colorfullness of the old one, and its attitude. The old Clawsion was just so hard to look at because the art was so outdated. I always wanted one but just... I couldn't bring myself to get one xD

It it 95% more better than the original, by far. I think that the missing collar is a bit... eh. Because if that disappears, that means the collars in the themed versions would go away as well... to fit with the current revamp like all the other pets. And, I must say that I got the Bloodred Clawsion because the spiked collar was just a bitchin' idea.
Sooo, It is a great revamp, I'd just hate to see the collars go on the default, as well as the potential possibility of them disappearing on the potioned colors.

Nonononono. Its cute yes, but totally not the same personality the Clawsion needs to be. The head is too big, the loss of collar is saddening. I always imagined the clawsion as a sort of sabertoothed bear thing, one of the 'tougher' pets. This one is far to chibi-ish for my taste. :/ The neck seems to be at an awkward angle and it looks very ... stiff? Only thing I actually see as an improvement is the wings. It really looks like a different pet altogether to me.

For teeth that long, I would make the face longer. The nose looks a bit large, and the eyes are way too large for a Common pet. The front legs are too thick, with a reverse taper that makes the wrists look fat.
I do like it, but it's not as good as needs to be for a final revamp.
On the other hand, I like the increase of detail in the fur, and the removal of the swirls on the knees. Just make the eyes smaller, the snout longer, and give the legs more finesse.

OMFG. o___o fjdska That...has got to be the cutest thing I've <strong>ever</strong> seen. Well, tied with the Popokos, maybe. XD<br />Man, this pet has needed a redraw for SO long... I've been hoping for one ever since that gorgeous Galactic came out, and I wasn't disappointed in the least. ^__^ I love the mischievous look it has. The eyes are so freaking nice....the whole face, really .o. Not too DESU, but still brain-numbingly cute. That little hint of tail poking out behind the wings is perfect, too.<br />The purple is a little strange on there, but... it looks nice. I liked the pet being all blue, but I guess now pets can't be just two colors anymore, like with the Ruffie changing. I think it might look more balanced if the ears and tail were also purple instead of a darker blue, but I guess being different will give it more variety in other colors...it's a shame that we don't get to see the full spectrum of basic shades for every revamp to help see how they'd be different. I bet Marsh and Nuclear will be awesometastic.<br />Amaazzzing improvement over the old one, all the same. Not bad. To me it seems to keep the cute essence of the older one unlike some of the other revamps that took a more realistic approach. I do find myself missing the collar though as I've got a Bloodred Clawsion (and the collar turned spiky for that color) and I would hate to see it go. Still, I think this one is an improvement over the old without turning it into a whole different pet.

Oh, and also. I don't want to see any major revamps on the Galactic and Angelic Clawsions. If you want to do a retouch on them, that's okay, but they are two of my favorite pets on the site (I own a Galactic Clawsion and eventually plan to make her Angelic) and I don't want to see many big changes to them.

I miss the collar, this version looks like it has shorter legs, I agree with Seerow and Issai about the face needing more depth, I'm having difficulty telling whether or not that line on the farther front foot is a dew claw or the ankle bone, and the purple markings haven't grown on me at all yet, but hopefully will in the future... I don't know, I feel like purple accents are a good idea, but they were put in the wrong places on this revamp. I think it'd look really nice if the white markings around the eyes were purple instead. It seems odd to me how the body has purple accents and the face doesn't. Don't get me wrong, I DO like this revamp, and I am voting for it, but I also think it needs some more work.

It's very adorable! I just don't really like the purple... I think it would look better if the purple details were a darker shade of blue. The ears also bother me a little, they seem too big >__> And I'm also gonna miss the other version's indents, as somebody else said before.

Other than that the legs could use a bit of tweaking; I understand that they are supposed to be stubby but the joints are a little odd.

Aww, I wish the collar stayed. That way the collars could be different with each recolor. Kinda interested how the Dusk version will be like. I really like the purple markings and it adds a little flair. Though, maybe it's just me, but it seems like the front two legs are a bit chubby. xD;

UH. Can you say 'Epic win'!? The new art for this pet is just GORGEOUS! D8 So glad the earring is on the bottom of the ear now. Doesn't looks so awkward. 8D Though I have to admit... I voted yes, but I think the face needs tweaking -- the muzzle needs a little more depth and the eyes could be smaller. With the eyes, I think it's particularly how large the irises are. The spectrum and galactic versions have nearly as large eyes but they don't look as cutesy/chibi because the irises are smaller proportionately.

I wish it's anatomy would be a bit more like the bloodred/galactic or angelic one, maybe just make the legs a tiny bit longer and more elegant.
I really prefer the earring in the upper part of the ear, but that's just a personal thing, because a piercing is more unique then a simple earring.

The legs look short and the toes oh so tiny. The muzzle looks comparatively short, like it ran face first into a door at some point. over all, though, this is better than the old one. Still, I'm sure I'd hate the change if I actually owned a Clawison.

Love it. The wings are great, as are the tufts in the ears, the chest fur is good and the pose is good.
I only have 2 minor issues. One is the white teeth, I actually prefer the gold teeth, which match the earring. The iris, though well drawn and a good colour, are a bit large, giving it a Chibi look.

I agree with the flatness. That whole half is rather flat compared to the wings and lower half. I think it has to do with the fur, and would agree maybe a collar would help give it a bit of lift and make the fur look less... ironed.
Other than that it's fine. I can't complain. I don't like the pet much.

Hm, I like the old designs that decorate the old one in comparison to these, and the teeth look a little dull. Other than that, it looks fine. It has a lot more details and the coloring job looks, I don't know, fresher, perhaps?

As much as the art has improved, I voted for the old one.
The face is just a tad too squashed looking for my liking, and the wings are bothering me a bit; no wing in the natural animal kingdom would bend that way unless it was about to take flight, and the rest of the body certainly doesn't follow that movement. The front legs seem boxy to me too.
But, all in all I think I could get used to it. I REALLY hope the artist fixes the flat face, though. ^^; That's my biggest issue.
