Pirate and Islanders Shops Closed
The pirate and islander shops have closed down, and you are now able to exchange any remaining points for sP on the currency page! Just scroll down to the Pirate/Islander RS War Points, under Retired Currencies to find the option.
The new antique shop will be opening soon and you\'ll be able to purchase all of the items from the Pirate vs. Islander plot shop, no matter what side you were on, as soon as it does! Other plot prizes and event prizes will eventually be added to this shop.

@DreamsInPink It won't be in limited qualities, don't worry! The shop will stay open (and eventually other old plot/event items will be added) so people can work towards whatever items they want/need. :)
@Amber, so once the shop opens, if I'm unable to get online, am I going to miss out on the opportunity to get the things I want? I guess what I mean to say is are the items going to be limited to a certain # of each and once they're gone, they're gone? Thank you. :)
@AJAY the sandreaver weapon components would be up to Purge and me, and we haven't decided yet. We'll see how the re-release of the pirate and islander godlies goes first.

Sooo impatient to finally have a chance to buy pirate shop items that have been unbuyable for sooo long now!!!!
I really, really love the idea of this new shop. :D Quick question: will we be alerted before the other shops close too so we can spend our leftover points ahead of time? That seemed to work out really well from what I saw on the forums for those people who still had currency for the pirate/islander shops, and it would be helpful to know if we need to spend our other plot currencies soon or if we can keep holding off until the time comes closer for additional prize shops to convert.

@just2b That’s the idea! People who missed out on plots for whatever reason (weren’t users at the time, maybe had IRL obligations, etc) will have a chance to get these items. :)

It doesn't matter where the antique shop is located...I (and others, I'm sure) are still locked out of Port Plunder. I see giving up my daisy (a limited item at that) as punishment for losing a plot. I don't really think that's fair, giving up a limited item. Considering it's been years, a lot of users didn't even participate in the plot, and now that the prize shops are closed--don't you think it's been long enough and that Port Plunder ought to be open to everyone now, regardless of which side they supported or didn't support? Don't you think us users/islanders have been "punished" enough and ought to be able to access all the sites features, daisy or not? TBH, I don't know of any site that locks users out of a feature this long simply because they lost a plot war.

About retired challengers loots.. what about making a new item in the Antique Shop to unlock those challengers and the loot (and if there is achievement to consider to unretire it when you unlock the challenger haha)? :D
so excited about this! since i didn't join until after several of these events, but i love completing collections and gathering a huge wardrobe, i can't wait to be able to purchase these items that i've missed out on! bring on the antique shop! woo!
this is good! i joined very recently so i dont have like any plot items. the epicon plushies kill me, i neeeeed them. any word on whether or not theyll be in the shop?
I'm sure it's been asked, but placate me; with the new antique shop does this mean people who never participated in said "war" can now buy the things we've only dreamed of?
re: retired challenger loot, instead of sticking the items in a shop how about re-releasing the challengers instead? :P

I've wanted those damn hibiscus barrette things for a million years, I joined the site right in the middle of the pirate/islander plot and had NO idea wtf was going on and wasn't able to get them because "brand new site how do". IT'S BEEN SEVEN YEARS
@Amber I'm sorry if this has been answered before, but will the antiques shop eventually have stuff from the Reading Drives, too? My poor plushie collection and it's lack of RD prizes.

This did motivate me to go and try to spend my Epicon 2013 points. I didn't realize how many I still had and how cheap the items are. I'm having a hard time deciding what to get. I keep telling myself that I'm basically getting them free so grab it if you want it. Then I check my points and it's like the items didn't even make that much of a dent.

I can't wait for this shop...I just hope those with reflexes not quite as good can get some things also.
