Custom Content Policy Update
Good afternoon! We wanted to add a clarification to our policy concerning frozen user submitted/purchased content.
Custom Overlays and Clothing will not be accepted after a user has been frozen or banned from Custom Clothing, and we have updated the Rules section of the site to include this.
Since this was recently clarified, if you recently purchased or commissioned a Custom Pet Overlay before the person you bought it from was frozen, you may submit it if done so within the next two weeks. After that, they will no longer be accepted. Any previously accepted custom content is fine to continue using.
Please also note, that if a user is allowed to return on a new account after one year, custom content made by them may again be submitted if they are not also permanently banned from Custom Clothing. If they do not return to the site, their art may not be used.
