Aw, I equipped a stealer to be able to hit him back with cars, with all eight of my Aeanoid's arms. Alas, Truth Serum doesn't work.
He does a buttload of icons every once in awhile, but has such a low speed and defense you can critical him, curse him, and bless yourself pretty regularly. He reuses blasted weapons fairly frequently so he probably doesn't have many weapons to start with. So to answer "what tier" I'd say any tier where you've got a speed of 1500+ Downside is that he does boost his defense and attack with one of his weapons, but his speed only goes up with repeated defeats like any other challenger. Try blasting out his BROTUS SMASH and you will have pulled his fangs. His major icon is physical which can be easily blocked either through a full blocker or by spamming cobalts or exodins.

YES, MORE FIGHTING ITEMS. Sure, it's technically wrestling when I wanted kickboxing, but that signet's for sure going in my WL. Wish the Champion Wrestling Belt was simply called "Champion Belt."
