I'd pay 5mil, max. 15 is insane, and just kind of cruel, especially for an item that doesn't work 100% of the time.
The difference is than being bitten was unavoidable during the Love Epidemic. Even if you did not post in the forum, if someone got your user ID number, they could bite you.

Yeah, not much to say about this that hasn't already been said. It's a cute wearable, maybe good for some galleries or pet treasures, but even if it prevented hexes 100% of the time, it still wouldn't be worth 15mil to me.
