Bliskirnir claims to be a descendant from the Nac-nanuk, a 16th century South-Western America native tribe.
Nac-nanuk lived in the deep jungle, calling themselves "sons of the soil", where then sun was filtered by the enormous treetops and plants. There they lived, protected from the fiery Brazilian sun.
Know for their speed and strength, the Nac-nanuk were said to be able to catch the fastest red wild bird using only their mouths...
On a side note, the Nac-nanuk didn't do tapestry, nor did they do other handicrafts than simple wood weapons and a few body ornaments. Bliskirnir always tells people about the gorgeous Nac-nanuk pieces of tapestry he owns - that's all jazz, in my opinion. Bliskirnir often exaggerates his stories with incredible details, almost too incredible to be believed in...
Blisk's a nice guy, at all. He doesn't lie on purpose, he just believes those stories make him a more interesting person. Bliskirnir as been innocently lying for so long he now does it without even noticing.
He dances, acts, he walks on stilts and he sings. Bliskirnir is a performer, an "Artist with capital A", as he likes to be called. The "street artist" term annoys him, "I do have a house, thank you", Blisk answers, without any problem in telling what he wants to say. He's pretty straight-forward when something doesn't please him.
Briskirnir can be quite a brat sometimes. Everything he does is better than what you do, if you argue he's right and you're wrong. He doesn't apologize to anyone and more, Blisk feels wronged when someone tells him he's not doing things like he should.
But what he hates the most would be for people to misspell his name or to call him something like Bilrisknirk. It's Bliskirnir!
