Full name is Hatchet McSlatter. He is a human being once known for his horrific murders he committed and was saved from being hanged by the Master. In exchange he was given powerful battle axe from an ancient place known as Featherthor, who lived a group of people who worshiped birds as gods. Whenever he holds the axe, whom he calls "Bessie", it turns him into a large penguin-like demon. Whenever he lets go, he turns back to his normal self though the axe always floats beside him and follows. He is known as the Master's weapon because of his mighty axe which it is said cut through anything (and every one of the Master's minions conforms this). He is also very loyal to Master simply because he wants to stay immortal, though will rat out someone or keep secrets in exchange for food of any kind. Though he is kindly at first, he is actually very unstable and will act violently at random times.
