BOAR
HAS A
MINION

noble steed

Boar hails from an old corner of Subeta where castles top every hill and jousting is everybody's favourite sport. When Boar was just a child he would perch atop a hill near where the knights trained, and would watch them for hours. In an ideal world Boar would be a knight's steed, charging through forests and fields dressed in beautiful shiny armor. Unfortunately, Boar was not tall and majestic like a Legeica, he was stumpy and small.

...continued

One day Boar got a little carried away and began to run beside a knight's Legeica as it charged across a field. The rider stopped and grabbed Boar before he could get away. 'This is it', thought Boar, 'they're going to cook me up and eat me for dinner!' But today was Boar's lucky day, as instead of eating Boar, the knight gifted him to his son.

The knight's son was small and stumpy just like Boar, and the two were perfect together. They would charge around all day playing games and pretending to be in battles. It was perfect for Boar - all the fun of war (but without any of that nasty violence).

Now Boar is the favourite steed of all the children in the kingdom, and even though the Legeicas continue to mock him, Boar knows they're only jealous because he gets to sleep in the castle instead of a stinky stable.
