This Pokémon uses its five hard teeth to scrape seaweed off of rocks to eat. It generates electricity from the tips of its spines when it digests food; its lips do not conduct electricity. He generates enough electricity to short out the lights in the dorms with ease, and will scoot guiltily away when caught siphoning electricity from the power outlet.
