A dancer made of stardust and light
born from the collision of galaxies,
they swept across the universe and painted them with color.
Their life, an endless spectrum of ideas and possibilities
undaunted by hesitations of the mind,
filled with the wilds of imagination and instinct.
There was only ever color -
only ever the spectrum, the light, the stars -
and though they felt at home, they knew
something was missing.
So Fate made a mirror, a doorway, a wish
and in fell a shadow that covered the ground with charcoal and words.

stark and pale contrasting against the playful spectrum -
the sight was breathtaking.
