Chibi Kumos
Darkfae_635In one of these dreams, after quite a long time of guiding her, the Kumos lead her to a very specific spot on the Sacred Lands. As to what the Kumos was guiding her to, Darkfae was unaware, as that was obscured by the Kumos - she wouldn't allow Darkfae to see it, the Kumos only guided her to where she needed to be. When she awoke, Darkfae left Shadowglen for the Sacred Lands, travelling to the exact spot she was lead to in the dream; there she found a barely alive white chibi Kumos pup with blue moon markings. Despite the fact the pup was not pure white, she knew it was descendant from the Kumos in her dreams, and Darkfae carried the pup out of the wilds of the Sacred Lands.
She named it Gealach Bán for its colour, even though the moons it bore were pale blue - it was also a reminder of who its mother was. Although Darkfae was able to nurse the Kumos back to health, it did not grow much larger than it was when she found it, as it was a chibi breed of the Kumos. Still, it is learning just as well as any Kumos would, and can be just as fierce despite how cute it may first appear.
Terrance has taken to riding upon Gealach Bán's back, though it seems as though the Kumos doesn't mind it at all. The Gentleman Pherret is just the right size to do so, and doesn't weigh all that much, so it is no burden, and Terrance is always polite about doing so, asking first unless the situation makes it so he cannot - he always apologises after when such happens, however. The two seem to be getting along quite well - the only conflict seems to be between Gealach Bán and Mewsel, as the Montre doesn't seem to be all that thrilled about having a Kumos around...but then again, Montre don't seem thrilled about having any other pets around...
