PERSONALITY;
Charlie is a very calm and collected individual, but when it comes to women he's a giant flirt, he can very easily persuade people, and gain moral. He runs a cartel so having him on your side would be in your best interest. He does not get angry quickly and its very hard to read him. He is very intelligent and quick to lead the team to better directions to insure everyone's survival. Although he is a great asset to any surviving member, he does have a deviously dark side to him, which gives him an advantage of being unpredictable. He loves to play games with individuals especially if their not aware of who he is. Before this Virus outbreak he was a crooked guy who would kidnap young people and test their surviving abilities. (I.E Solving complex mathematical equations before the train would run you over, or running through mazes in search of the antidote before the poison kills you. He also had mundane chores he would task these young people with like; Being interviewed for reality T.V. shows or cleaning hoarders houses. )
BIOGRAPHY;
Charlie is from Russian decent, with riches and power in his background. He can get along with everyone if he so chooses, but I would steer clear of him if I were you, his devious behavior leaves an offal taste in your mouth. Out of late he was traveling across the globe growing his cartel. But recently a very strange virus has exposed itself to the land and has delayed his adventures driving him to this little town which is barely surviving, but withholding itself. His curious nature to pick and prod has managed to keep him there for the time being.
LOOKS;
Dark curly hair mopped on his head, Emerald green eyes that steal the hearts of every women and on occasion men. A strong long body six feet tall shoe size thirteen inches, clean fine complexion varies from white to tan depending on what time of the year it is (olive tan).He is mostly in fine clothes like blazers, suits, or casual slim fitting button ups, always dress pants. (think of the Calvin Klein style) (will post image later)

I guess he would be under Renaissance man; he has many skills. (And a small group of his best men in the cartel is at his disposal)
