Personality: Moon is usually a very calm, happy person but every once in a while she goes into massive depression over the simplest of things. Ever since meeting Auntie Dai and Cadro, however, she has seemed to go into her strange depressions much less. She has a good heart, and means well, but often times she blinds herself to the good in people and can only see their bad sides-this is a product of her hellish past.Roleplay: Open/Closed

Kekeia is my precious little brother. He's a kind person and loves just about anyone and everyone. There are, however, a couple of people that intimidate him to the point of avoiding them at all costs. Which-in some cases-is good, I wish he would be more careful about who he talks with though...

Crystal Dai, or Auntie Dai, as I've started to call her, is a very kind person. Though we started off on the wrong foot, we eventually made up and are now happy as can be to know each other. (Though it probably helps that I hardly get paid squat for working my butt off for her.) Though Auntie Dai has her flaws(believe me!) she has a lot of good qualities that I admire. All in all, she's a good, hardworking woman for whom I have great respect.

Cadro is my best, and only, friend. He's one of the most amazing people I've ever met, and since we moved in with Auntie Dai, has always been there to help me out. Sometimes when I look at him butterflies start fluttering around my stomach-I don't quite understand it-but I don't want them to go. He's great with Kekeia too, he treats him like a member of the family. Oh, I forgot. He has these weird powers. Like...he can read the future in the stars, or something. Way too confusing for me...Heh...

Bhlood...He...He killed my parents and most of the town that Kekeia and I lived in. At one point he had captured us-taking Kee away from me. When I finally found Kee he....I can't think about that right now...But Bhlood...He was trying to experiment on my baby brother. I took Kee and ran, as far away as I could, praying my little brother would survive. Now Bhlood is looking for Kekeia again. He told Auntie Dai that if he doesn't get Kee sometime this year that he'll...come...after him.....*gulp*

Suta is my most adorable and precious Halix. I found her wandering around the back of Auntie Dai's inn and convinced Auntie to let me keep her. She's so sweet and precious...When I first took her in she was all dirty with...grime and stuff. It was really gross. But after I took her in I gave her a bath...and...the markings on her back were way different from any other Halix I've ever seen. But that's okay! That just means she's special! *snuggles again*

Ehh...You want to know my story...? Well. Okay...

I remember it like it happened last week. I was 18 and Kekeia was only 8 when it happened...

Kee and I were playing together, or, more like I was babysitting him while Mom was making lunch. Everyone was fine, enjoying their time together, Kee and I weren't fighting about something stupid for once, which made Mom super happy. Then my dad came storming in the front door.
"Gary!" Mom said, running over to him. There was something obviously wrong. Papa was shaking, wringing his hat in his hands, always looking back over his shoulder.
"Mary, we have to leave town. Now," he said, moving towards the bedroom. "Pack only the essentials, nothing more."
I ran over, grabbing my dad's hand. "Papa, what's wrong?" I asked, worry plastered to my face. Papa pulled out of my grasp and silently started packing a backpack with clothes.
"Moonlai, go pack clothes for yourself and Kekeia, I'll explain everything later," Papa said, his back to me. I looked over at Mom, who was looking at Papa just as worried as me. Kee was holding onto Mom's hand, hiding nervously behind her.
With a nervous sigh I ran past them and towards my room, I grabbed two bags and stuffed my clothes into one and Kekeia's into the other, being sure to put his favorite blankey into the bag. When I had returned, Mom and Papa both had bags on their backs and were talking quietly. I handed Kee his bag and told him not to take it off until I said it was okay. He nodded nervously and clung to my side as I walked over to Mom and Papa.
"Can I know what's going on now?" I asked, disturbed by the tension in the air. Papa looked at me and nodded, then at Kee and told him to go play in his room for a minute. Nervously Kee left my side and went into his room, but he just sat in the doorway, staring at the floor.
Once Kee was gone, Papa looked at me. "Something has happened. There are armies of...I'm not sure. I couldn't see them very well."
