A winged and feathered serpent with flaming nostrils, covered in blinking eyes down the length of his body. Voltiyig is the spawn of the Snake-God Yig. The identity of Voltiyig’s mother, or indeed whether he had one or was birthed by Yig himself, is unknown. He lives somewhere in the fathomless oceans of Subeta. Vol is incomprehensible to the sane, at best, but never malevolent. He is close friends with Delirium, while all others avoid him. He is unbothered by this solitude. He seems to possess some ability to inhabit multiple planes or dimensions simultaneously, some of which are not (strictly speaking) “real.” Voltiyig is also genderless, but his pronouns are typically “he/him” for clarity of speech. He’s quite unruffled by mortal concepts like gender.
Minion: Xitalu, a many-tentacled, multi-eyed and soul-devouring abomination which dwells between dimensions. It did not cross into Subeta through the Rift, as Voltiyig did, but Vol visits Xitalu regularly.
