Thunder crashed all around as snowflakes whirled through the air. Those on the ground went about their business quickly, mentions of thunder snow on their tongues, as they dashed about, not giving a second thought to what was really going on above their heads. And what was really going on was something indeed to behold - the birth of a new goddess. Above the thick snow clouds, roiling with thunder and lightning, a form began to take shape and with one great booming flash, she raised her head, unfurled her wings, and roared. The humans below took her roar for one long peal of thunder and quickened their steps. The new goddess took flight and disappeared into the clouds. No sooner had the event started, the snow lessened, the thunder and lightning stopped, and it was over - the new weather goddess had been born.

Porra is a fledgling weather goddess, born in the middle of a thunder snow. She has the form of a large grey owl, soaring silently though the sky. While she was born in the elements of thunder, lightning, and snow, she has the ability to influence all types of weather. The colors of her feathers change based on the type of weather she is working and she is able to make herself all but invisible to pass unseen where she wills. She is a sight to behold, if you are lucky enough to be able to see her as she flies though the clouds.
