Falorn was once a member of Noxxu's army but when he failed he was banished to the depths of the oceans. Near death he struck a deal with a sea witch who had it out for Noxxus and in doing so changed him forever into a Hydrus monstrosity. Using his 2nd chance he later joins up with Raydan and his army with valuable inside information about his army and secrets that would give them the upper edge in the war. Falorn is often quiet and finds peace by meditating near any waters edge using it to heal his mind and body though he is happiest underwater. When in battle he is armed with electrical attacks and capable of sprouting a pair of tentacles giving him a mid ranged reach to enemies. He is able to deliver his electric strikes through his body, tentacles and fire bolts from his staff. While he is a very effective fighter he has his limitations and has to constantly be hydrated with water to keep healthy. Falorn does not fair well against fire type enemies or areas of hot and dry conditions.
