Pet Description

It all started when I was about 15, don't remember if it was before or after my birthday. I used to have limited computer time under my strict former stepfather, and I would spend the rest of that time reading books or drawing pictures. I don't remember the exact memory, but I do know that one day I drew a random shape, and then I drew more and more shapes around it, in different sizes, until they filled up the page. And then I got another piece of paper and did it again.

I started out making pictures out of these shapes, of people, flowers, eyes, suns, but these days I usually just do whatever I find myself doing. I call it abstract art. Everyone thinks it's amazing, they tell me I should make a coluring book out of these pictures. I want to, I really do, but at the moment the only thing I have to scan the pictures with is my phone, which isn't very good at getting the edges of the paper and there are little black gaps at the edges. I've been told that the best or at least most cost-efficient scanners are attached to printers, which I don't have room for. So I have to wait until I've moved out, which is going to take a long time, before I can get a printer with a scanner attached, and then I can think about how exactly I'm going to make a book.

I have told a few people that they can download and print out the pictures for themselves to colour in if they'd like, the book will just be for people who would prefer to have a book, and a way to make a bit of money, I don't expect to make a living from it and I want my pictures to be available to everyone in some way. I don't really know how to make my own website to hose these pictures, at the moment I just post them on Tumblr and Instagram, which are linked on my profile. If you ever do decide to print out and colour these pictures, I'd love to see them! Below are a few examples of my art.
