Deep in the undiscovered regions of Subeta, there is a castle called Xeradure. Who built it and when is still a great mystery. Currently, the castle is occupied by six rogue Subetan pets who guard the castle to protect their way of life.
Xathean is the youngest resident of Xeradure. She was found wandering the forest outside the castle as a youngster, calling for her family. To this day, none of the other residents have been able to discover where Xathean came from, or where her family disappeared to. Life in the castle suits Xathean well. She has a natural talent for spells and herbology, and there are plently of interesting specimens around the castle for her to collect. Like her origins, the source of her knowledge and talents is a mystery to the other residents.
Xathean is very calm, caring and loving, hence her appointment as Xeradure's healer. She spends most of her time alone though, and hasn't made any special connections with any of the other residents. This is probably due to the fact that everyone she has ever cared about has been ripped away from her. The only resident that she has allowed close to her heart is her minion, Xella. Xella is a mute - Xathean can share all of her secrets with her and never have her tell anyone. Xathean has worked very hard to try to find a cure for Xella, but has so far come up empty handed.
