He is StarDuster: Janitor of the Skies.

StarDuster is a humble, hardworking spectral being who takes his work very seriously. He loves all of the fascinating wonders of the universe- stars in particular being his favorite. He's witnessed many life cycles of many stars, but none more graceful and beautiful than the one of a goddess. He's watched her with caring eyes as she grew and matured to what she is now. And although the bond they share is immanent, it is rare they can cross paths within the order of the universe. It pains his soul knowing that every moment spent with her must be savored, because all stars eventually die.
