1. World: science fiction. Set in the future. Humans have colonized multiple planets within the Milky Way galaxy. Every year there is a space-ship race between the people of each planet, similar to the Olympics. People have teams of the best athletes who compete in this race across the galaxy.
2. Character: aged 18-24. Is the resident mechanic and tech expert on a team called The Vultures (from planet Earth?). Called such because they aren't a rich team, so they scavenge for space debris to build their ships.
