About Me, Puzzlie:

You have probably already read the “About Me” description on the main page. It’s the most about-ness I can go about without rambling and sounding stupid. But, you know, you took the time to visit the pet page that had the duplicated name, so I could go into a bit more detail for you, right? (But the basic point will get down to TL;DR, of course.)

I was born December 25, 1990, making me a Christmas baby, obviously – born as a Capricorn (with slight Sagittarius in me, I would like to believe) and in the year of the Horse. I was named Angel Nicole, standing for both the religious side of the holiday and the Santa Claus side of the holiday (y’know, angels… St. Nicholas… I’m pretty sure you get it). I generally go by Angel or Ang irl, but on the Internet, I like to be called Puzzlie.

Which brings me to the next big thing about me – the origin of Puzzlie. It comes from my most favorite fandom EVAR – YGO. Specifically, it comes from my most favorite pairing EVAR – Puzzleshipping. (See, see, see the connection? Puzzleshipping = Puzzlie? Yeah, yeah, I’m pretty sure you got it. Good for you! Have a cookie.) Anyway, call me Puzzlie, if you want to call me anything. You can also just call me “hey, you, with the face” but that could cause some confusion. And besides, how bad are you going to feel when offend all those people without faces? Huh? Yeah, that’s what I thought. (To see my pet that pays homage to YGO and my favorite pairings, see Tender Puzzle.)

I also love other animes such as Sailor Moon and Death Note (I have a pet that is dedicated to the DN fandom as well, Finis). I prefer reading manga because it’s generally the original story and if you want to know one thing about me, it’s that I ninety-eight percent of the time prefer the original. As in: if the anime fucks it up, fuck the anime (except for YGO filler, but that’s a different story). If the dub fucks it up – you know what? Nevermind, I just one hundred percent avoid dubs as much as possible. Fuck dubs. I also often than not hate book-movies, and I especially hate those oh-it-was-an-anime-so-us-Americans-should-buy-the-rights-and-make-an-American-movie-movies. And speaking of things I hate – the Twilight series. Don’t even get me started on that. (Note the “Twilight Toilet Paper” in my treasure.)

I don’t want to get lost in the things I hate though. So I’ll start listing things I love again. I love this site and have been on it somewhat-religiously for the past two years or so. I love the way it is run, the pets, the colors, the achievements, the collections, the galleries – I could list so many things about this site that I love that it would end up being endless and see? I’m rambling again. But hey, sometimes rambling is a good thing. Makes your writing look better than it is sometime – unless it starts getting annoying. Which this probably has. Let’s move on.

I used to be an avid Neopian but around the time the site changed, I basically quit. I heard about Subeta through my Internet friend kairiful and basically jumped in. Took awhile to get used to things but I ended up settling in quite nicely and I feel completely comfortable in this site. In fact, I even stayed around after the site updated its layout! And that’s a rarity for me.

I’m attending college for a double major in Psychology (probably in counseling to be an academic counselor for either high school or college students) and English with an emphasis on Creative Writing (which might end up me getting an MFA in Creative Writing). I love writing (obviously or else I wouldn't be getting the major, amirite?) and have been writing for most of my life. I’m also a weaboo so I hope to learn Japanese soon too and might even get that as my minor. I plan to study abroad in Japan one day, too, hopefully. I am also thinking of getting a Ph.D. in math. (So that basically explains that I’m basically both a right and left brain type of person.) I’ll get off my college soap box now – if I stay on it for too long, I won’t shut up.

I also write fanfiction, where I have been known as Puzzlie, Imajinacion, Imajinacion Reinbou, but most recently, Puzzlie's Imajinacion. Look me up on either, if you're extremely bored one day and go "hey, I have nothing else better to do, I'll do that."

I absolutely love music. It’s like a part of my soul and heart or something. My favorites consist of Mindless Self Indulgence, Lady Gaga, Hollywood Undead, 4 Non Blondes, Kaiser Chiefs, and many, many more. My music ranges from like everything. I tend to dislike country or rap (yes, we’ve all heard this story before) but I have found even music from there that I’ll love. I’ll give anything a chance, I guess is what I’m trying to say. I have a Youtube account under the same name as Subeta and you can sort through my favorites there, if you want.
