Vladik was born in a small village on the outskirts of the Arctic Frost, and swore at an early age to get out of the poverty-stricken town no matter what the costs. He was lousy in school with a record of violence and criminal activities, so even at the start he knew his prospects were limited.However, he soon gave up trying to gain wealth and power legally, and moved to Centropolis, where he quickly assimilated. Vladik worked his way up and became the second-in-command of the Pack, a ruthless mob. His cuddly appearance are quite deceiving; he won't hesitate to use any means necessary to get results, even if it means literally getting blood on his paws (and in his dry-clean-only fur).

He's the single parent of his lovely little daughter Eloise Constance. She's the only reason he'd give up his life of crime, but his desire to give her a better future is what keeps him going out and breaking kneecaps at the end of the day.

In his spare time, Vladik likes traditional literature of the Arctic Frost, collecting expensive carving knives and antique baseball bats, and watching My Little Hikei: Magical Friendship Forever with Eloise.
