History: Amphere was born in England sometime during the late 1800's, to very well-to-do family. She grew up to be a beautiful lady, and on her eighteenth birthday, it was announced that she would be wed to a family friend of theirs, in a political marriage. Well, naturally, she hated the idea, and the man, in her opinion, was the worst she had ever met. Selfish, often drunk, rude... He was exactly the opposite of what she wanted. But when she voiced her concerns her father silenced her, saying that the marriage had been planned out for years and that they were not about to put it off because she was not a fan of the man she was to marry. Amphere never voiced her concerns after that, and married this man.
Not long afterwards, she realized that something was different about him. He almost always was out at night, and when he came back, he always seemed different in some way... She never was able to put her finger on exactly what it was though. They went through life together for seven years, living their pointless life, full of beautiful things, extravagant parties, shallow people. But then, one day, the facade broke and he lost it. Her husband bit her, and ever since, Amphere's life has been the worst imaginable. Amphere was terrified at first, and immediately ran for it. She has not seen her husband since that terrible night, but is still reminded of him every time her throat burns, every time the transformation begins. It is his fault that she is this way, and that is not something that she can ever forgive him for. Ever since, she has hunted her own kind, hoping that one of them will put her out of her misery. She also hopes that, with less of her kind out there, her story will not repeat itself.
