Taiwan is a strong-willed, fashionable young woman, though recently she's become quite nervous; unable to stop worrying. She can't stand how overly protective her older brother China is and constantly talks back and antagonizes him. However if Hong Kong is around she plays the innocent victim and goes running to him for sympathy and attention as she has a 'secret' crush on him. It is unsure if Hong Kong is aware of her fairy tales but he certainly doesn't seem to mind. Much to China's dismay she idolizes Japan.
