Occupation: The Second in Command for the Covalent Gang.
Location: The Second in Command of the Covalent so to say, Lei's either always spending time at Headquarters or spending his time out and away taking out his targets. He has hidden bases around the city that he will often stay in, using them to track Valima's major targets... namely Victor since the lady has found he's still alive.

Appearance

Common Attire: Lei's attire consists of a small dull and off white blouse that is covered by a waist cincher/corset. He wears see-through silk pants and often times wears Sandles over anything else. Aviator gloves are used for his one good hand while his other is left along as nothing can really cover the... malformed limb. He is almost always carrying a gun with him and his Scythe... it's rare the Lei is seen without his weapons of choice.
Piercings: Dozens of piercings in each ear, he knows no end to such things and would continue to do so if he hadn't lost room for more.
Tattoos: None, Lei's body wouldn't be able to handle Inks or the like.
Other: Lei's eyes are nothing but empty sockets. He cannot see, but his sense of hearing has grown tenfold due to this.

Personality: Extremely dangerous and quick to respond with a bullet to the head. Lei is never one to take anything lying down. He is as sharp tongued as anyone else within the gang and is almost often found throwing others down in their places. Lei is neither loving or caring for anyone, nor is he compassionate for others. He only sees others that aren't in the gang as means of moving on and shows no mercy for anyone that he deems a 'target' that needs to be snuffed out. However, he's willing to make a deal should anyone wish to barter their lives with someone they wouldn't fully be able to trust. You do his deeds, he might spare you... or he'll just play you waiting for the right opportunity to off you as well. Lei doesn't enjoy excess baggage that has... overstayed it's need and purpose.

Pet

Obsession - The Leonine was a gift to him from a dear friend he cherished before his death. And before he became what he was, he'd thought he lost the creature when he died at the hands of Mischance but the loyal creature found him after his demise and has remained ever loyal to him. Lei has given the loyal creature a Plumeria Anklet which Obsession will often wear as a collar.
On Occasion Obsession will take on a humanoid form, this is his show of loyalty because he will often take up one of Lei's other guns and help his 'master' with his orders or use the gun to protect him. When he is in this state, his Anklet acts as it should and is around one of his ankles.
