You arrive in some sort of forest clearing. It's incredibly dull, there's nothing special about this particular clearing... there's grass, leaves, the occasional wildflower... oh wait, what's that? It looks a lot like an incredibly beat up car. Upon closer inspection, it is indeed an incredibly beat up car -- a Moskvitch 407 Police Car, to be exact -- and there appears to be something reclining in the backseat, but only the ears of whatever it is are visible. You decide to move in closer to get a better look.

..And there's movement! Whatever the thing is opens the door and exits from the car, but pays no attention to you, instead flopping himself on the ground and opening up a magazine. It's rather colourful... wonder what's in it? But you decide it's probably best not to bother this strange-looking Kanis, something about him just seems... off. Maybe it's the fact that he looks like he's some sort of Frankenstein's monster of a Kanis? Or maybe that safety pin in his left, differently coloured ear is giving you the willies? He doesn't seem like much of a talker, soon closing up his magazine and getting up from his spot to pull a chest of some sorts closer to the car. You catch a glimpse of what exactly that magazine is in the meantime. It appears to be some sort of sales booklet on different kinds of... sneakers? Maybe that's what this Kanis likes the best. Well.. he is wearing some black high-tops along with that strange red-and-white striped jumpsuit. ...Wait, is that a number on the front? 04... is he, perhaps, part of a track team? Something about his lazy movements and frightening exterior tells you otherwise. You decide to take a quick peek at what exactly it is in the chest while the Kanis is distracted...
"Rrrrriiiiibbit!"
Ack! A frog! ..An Argentinian Horned Frog just hopped out of the chest of shoes and caught the attention of the Kanis! ..Oh, man, that Kanis looks really angry all of a sudden. ...D..did he just sprout claws? It's probably a good time to get out of here before things start to get worse! ..And if there's a number on that jumpsuit and the Kanis isn't part of a track team... of course! You should have figured this out earlier! He's an escaped convict!
