My Name is Nevein and it means "Snowy", as to what I can do it is a name well suited. You see, everything and anything I touch turns to Ice or snow. It is a natural ability that I have, some say that I am the flesh and blood of Jack Frost himself, but that has yet to be proven to me. My skin is fiercely cold to the touch as well and is never warm, if you touch me for a lengthy time you just may get frostbite. As for my personality I am as cold as the arctic, I need no friends. I fear to get close to anyone or anything, I dwell where no others could survive. My only companion is my beloved friend Setsuko, for he is as cold as I am and have no need for others.
