Personality:The main word to describe Jaggers is Airy. The man is easily lost in thought. The clouds in the sky simply hypnotize him.

Disability:
There is nothing wrong with Jaggers' body, however he does have a strong fear of the water. [Childhood Trauma] As a note, for a feline type oni... he's a major klutz.

Mysterious Mark: Marked over the left shoulder blade on his back there is a burned part of flesh. The mark of The "Corrupt". In the time of creation The Divine had to cast aside the evil dwelling within it and that took the form of "The Corrupt". This malicious presence marked Jaggers at birth to track and cause havoc anywhere he goes. This is the biggest reason Jaggers does not remain in the same place more than about a few days.

That Tail!: Jaggers' tail has a mind of it's own. It speaks but Jaggers is the only one who is able to hear it (This results in people thinking his a tad disturbed). This tail is highly perverted and enjoys curvy women just as much as a good looking man. As a result the tail is known to trip Jaggers to break the distance between he and the person he could be talking too, this causes an awkward moment with Jaggers face stuck in some random women's cleavage.
Due to his tail being so rude (ex: stuffing it's self into his mouth while he's talking and/or tapping him on the shoulder while he's alone on the ship) Jaggers is sociably backwards.
