A Legendary Warrior; Akamasamune was once a powerful and dreaded fighter. A man unmatched by any. He wreaked havoc upon the people of his time; laying waste to armies of hundreds of men, destroying villages, and terrorizing populations all in the pursuit of perfection. It was his goal: reaching a point of power that could not be surpassed, and thus he pushed himself in every manner of being to excel, no matter whose lives were taken in the balance. It took over two-hundred men to finally defeat Akamasamune--with weapons laced in magic and poison. The conflict lasted for hours, but after being stabbed with countless arrows, cut with countless swords, and lashed with countless whips, the titan had finally been slain. His body was burned and his ashes were buried in an elaborate, underground tomb fit for a worshiped deity; the legends of the nigh-unstoppable Paralix spanned centuries and traveled through the homes of every ear who cared to hear it.

Now, some five hundred years after the warrior's demise, Akamasamune has been resurrected.
