Name: Arakasi
Occupation: Spy Master
Height: 5'6"
Medium build, dark eyes, dark hair, regular/plain features, high cheekbones.

Arakasi sat cross legged on the dirt floor of an old warehouse thoughtfully reviewing his latest attempt at infiltrating a suspected rival spy network. He had managed to get one of his agents, disguised as a servant, in a position close to what he understood to be the heart of the network, but something about the ease of his victory felt wrong. For years Arakasi had been studying the methods of this spy master and had reached the conclusion that he was dealing with a mind as brilliant as his own, so why then was his agent permitted to become a part of the household, for they surely knew who he was. The only explanation for his apparent victory was a means to feed him information intended to mislead him.Arakasi knew that his agent would have to die, he hated to see good men wasted but he could not risk the chance that his messages could be traced back to the heart of his spy network, his Lady of the Acoma. Frustration flitted across his plain features, but he knew that he had only that option; his agent would die gladly rather than risk Acoma honour.Rising slowly from the ground, Arakasi caught his reflection in a fragment of a broken window, he was clothed in the rags of a beggar, his dark hair hung greasy over his face which was covered in so much dirt that it rendered his features unrecognisable. He was in the Holy City, following up a lead on a missing agent, his lowly disguise allowed him to listen to passers by without attracting attention. So far he had not learned anything of consequence, but the night was only just beginning to get interesting. Soon men who had consumed far too much sa wine would be stumbling home, their voices loud with unshared gossip.Arakasi held his breath, he had heard someone pass close to his hiding place, this person exhibited none of the telltale signs of a merchant too drunk to walk, rather they moved fast on quiet, steady feet. Abruptly the noise ceased, Arakasi sat silently, straining his ears to pick up even the slightest of sounds. For a while there was nothing, only the sounds of the night, but then a small rock moved by the doorway. Arakasi spun around, his rare steel knife instantly in his hand, his breath caught in his throat because through the open doorway came a women in the black of an assassin of the Hamoi Tong. The fact that a woman was allowed a place in the Hamoi Tong was an oddity in itself, not to mention how she actually managed to track him down when he had always been so careful. Arakasi scolded himself for losing focus, he did not have the time to mull over these thoughts, nor did he have the time to fight her but he had no other option as he could not run; honour would not allow it, so he stood and without fear, looked down on the assassin.
