Fairies are somewhat prominent in literature. We've got fairy godmothers and we've got the tooth fairy. But there's one special fairy that I bet you've never heard of...ever hear of the birthday fairy?

It's pretty simple, really!
Birthday parties tend to bring happiness; it doesn't matter if you are a child or an adult. Send out the invitations, hang up the party decorations, wait for everybody to come, people show up and....PROFIT! Party profit.
Yet there are times when something goes horribly, horribly WRONG.

Have you heard of the kid who sent invites and no one came to their party?

Have you ever had someone steal attention away from you during your birthday celebration?

Have you ever planned to do a fantastic activity such as going to an amusement park only for it to be ruined by a sudden rainy day?

Have you ended up sick with an illness on your birthday?

Well, whenever situations like these occur, the birthday fairy is there to make things better.

Cherlyn, an angel Velosotor, flies around Subeta looking for those who have made another birthday. She flies up to people and puts a magical thermometer into their ear to determine whether someone is having their birthday. Sometimes Cherlyn does not need to use the thermometer, however, for the Velosotor has developed a keen eye for detecting a birthday celebration in distress.
