My Team-

Name: Zorro
Species:Zorua
Gender: Male
Personality: Sly, sneaky, charming, intelligent, mischievous
History: One day when Christini was out training with her pokemon, a tiny little Zorua began to follow them. Christini had no idea what was happening, since she was focused on training her pokemon. While her back was turned, the tiny little Zorua took one of her pokemon (which happened to be her brand new Oddish at the time) and knocked it out using just one Extrasensory. The poor pokemon fainted as soon as the attack hit, and when the other pokemon found out on the team, they were furious. But Christini thought the mischievous little ball of fluff was adorable, and she invited him to join the team. He accepted, ready for a life of adventure (and mischief on the side) and has been traveling with them ever since.

Name:Sunny
Species:Oddish
Gender:Female
Personality:Happy, eager, naive
History: Sunny was one of the first pokemon to join Christini's team. She joined their team very early in the journey, and has been traveling with them ever since.

Name:Val
Species:Vulpix
Gender:Female
Personality:Quiet, shy, sweet, naive, supportive
History: Val was Christini's starter pokemon, given to her from her mother before she first left to begin her journey. The two are extremely close, and Val is always the one to offer advice, and if needed, a friendly lick on the face when things don't go quite as planned. She is the mother figure of the team, and is always the one to nurture hurt pokemon (and trainers) back to health if something goes wrong.

Name:Mo
Species:Slowpoke
Gender:Male
Personality:Lazy, relaxed, slow, sleepy
History: Christini caught Mo as soon as she left on her journey. She didn't know anything about pokemon at the time, and even though Val tried to warn her against it, she took the silly slowpoke under her wing. She learned quickly about his laziness and relaxed nature, but still, despite her pokemon being horribly annoyed by this particular member of their team, she allowed for him to stay. Her excuse is that they need a water pokemon, but everyone knows that she's just stubborn, and doesn't want to admit that he's a horrible pokemon. Someday he'll show them, he will!

Name:Lolly
Species:Teddiursa
Gender:Female
Personality:Silent, curious, playful, sweet, friendly, adorable
History: Christini saved Lolly when she found the tiny Teddiursa all alone in the forest, wailing for its mother. She sent her pokemon out to search for its mother, but the poor thing's mother was nowhere to be found, and they expected that it had either been caught by a grunt from one of the groups of thugs in the area, or died for some reason. Christini felt horrible for it, and decided to keep the tiny pokemon and raise it herself as a battle pokemon. They soon realized that, since it had been separated from its mother so early, the Teddiursa was mute. But it didn't seem to bother her at all, and she has been loyal to her new family every since.

Name:Typhos
Species:Mankey
Gender:Male
Personality:Hot-headed, angry, short-tempered, aggressive, stubborn
History: Christini and her team had to work hard to catch Typhos. At the time, they desperately needed a fighting pokemon, and he was the first they came across. they chased him around in the grass for hours, constantly trying to whittle down his HP to the point where they could finally catch him. They eventually did, and he definitely was not a happy little monkey. For a long time he hated his companions, and would often run away (just to be found by Val) and refused to fight at all in battle. But even he warmed up to Christini and her team eventually, although he still can't stand that annoying little Zorua!

My Story-

"Val! Use Ember!"

A small ginger Vulpix turns, then yips in acknowledgment at the trainer. The Sunflora goes down almost immediately, and after one last cry, it vanishes. Turning, her six bushy ginger tails wagging happily, the Vulpix turns with a grin on her face, to look at her trainer. "Good job!" the trainer says, scooping up her favorite pokemon into her arms. Val licks her on the cheek affectionately, and when her small paws touch the cool grass, she heads off towards the other pokemon. They walk around for awhile, looking for another pokemon. Eventually they find another, a tiny rattata. "Sunny!" the trainer calls, glancing back at the line of pokemon. The small Oddish appears, skipping towards her and positioning herself in front of the foe. She glances at the trainer, and for a second, she seems to be overwhelmed by some sort of emotion. But she quickly snaps out of it and tells the Oddish to first use Sleep Powder, then a couple of Giga Drains. It takes longer than it did with the stronger Vulpix, but she manages to make the Ratatta faint, then pats her on the head, in a congratulatory gesture, as she passes.

Immediately afterwards, a Butterfree appears, and the Teddiursa is chosen to attack it. The training session goes on like this for awhile, until all six pokemon, as well as the trainer, seem to be dead on their feet. The pokemon have all managed to take down quite a few wild pokemon, but they're more than ready for a nap by now. There is one more pokemon to defeat, a tiny Pidgey. "Zorro!" the trainer calls, barely suppressing a yawn. "It's your turn!" She turns towards my pokemon and waits for a few moments. But the tiny Zorua doesn't appear. Where did he go? the trainer thinks, her aqua blue eyes scanning the grassy training area. I don't see him anywh-

"Zorua!"

He appears out of nowhere, barreling into the trainer and knocking her straight to the ground. The pokemon proceed to all join in the fun, all jumping on top of the trainer, giggling happily. She laugh, and tries to push them off. They all get off of her, but most of them are still laughing at Zorro's latest prank. "Zorro!" she complains, roughly rubbing the top of the Zorua's head with her hand. He looks up at her with his red eyes, glinting in amusement. "What was that for?" He doesn't reply, but simply winks and turns away, to chat with the other pokemon.

But then she notices Typhos, the cranky little Mankey. Obviously, he was not amused. He had to defeat the Pidgey all by himself, and Zorro had, once again, distracted everyone from the task at hand. "Oh, don't be so stubborn Typhos," the trainer says, chuckling softly at the irritated look on his face. He simply snorts and walks away, to sit alone, away from the other pokemon. Christini rolls her eyes, not willing to let the boring pokemon ruin her day. Tsyphos would just have to get over himself. She turns back to the other pokemon, grinning widely. "Ready to go on to the next city?" she asks them enthusiastically. Every pokemon, even the Mankey, nods and she grins excitedly, then pulls out their pokeballs. "Then let's go! Next on the map is Viridian City!" The pokemon all let out calls of excitement and she brings all of them back into their pokeballs, except for Val.

"Ready for this Val?" she ask. The peppy little Vulpix nods, and they set off towards Viridian City, to challenge the next gym leader.
