Character brainfarts

- Morven, male, late 30s. Centaur. Resident grouch, delivery taur and pastry thief in Mournstead.
- Suspicious, wary, derisive. Aggressive, brash and abrasive. Not fond of humans, slightly more tolerant toward other races. Has a slightly softer spot for children regardless of race.
- Initially part of a much larger herd, his sweet tooth lead him into trouble after gorging on too much fermented fruit. He ended up captured as a way for a human noble to show off their skill and status by breaking a wild centaur in.
- Needless to say, things went sour very quickly. He managed to make friends with the stablehand and the noble's daughter, and eventually broke free from the stables and fled to find his herd. He still misses the two children and wonders occasionally about them.
- His wandering eventually brought him closer to Mournstead where he was accepted without fuss, and he eventually decided to stay, concluding that the another centaur herd will eventually wander into the area.
- Morven loathes the idea of serving anyone. He can be coaxed into helping with things, but it's very rare that he keeps his end of the bargain without plenty of scathing remarks, or at least some missing goods on your part. Has been known to occasionally help bakers for baked goods that weren't sold the day before.
- He's mortified of loud noises, most notably thunder, a roaring fire, and the cracking noise of a whip. It doesn't take much to send him barreling off and well away from harm's way.

Character appearance:
- Downright enormous for a centaur, easily the height of a percheron at the withers. Barrel-chested and fit.
- Covered in black fur with white feathering on his front legs, black feathering on the back. His human half has darkly tanned skin.
- Fuzzy - a hairy chest and his arms are, oddly enough, covered in similar black feathering, much like his legs. His fur trails up his back and down to the back of his neck. The hair on his head is shoulder-length, messy and somewhat unkept. He tends to keep his beard grown out, but trimmed.
- Dark green eyes, focused and sharp.
- Attire-wise, he doesn't wear much like most centaurs. He is most often seen wearing a tasseled leather vest that someone gave to him as a gift.
