He swore to protect the forests, but he had failed. The screams of the trees soon were silenced as the Corruption only grew and tainted the Green. Quiet, the death of all sound. Nothing chimed, nothing sang. The once beautiful song of the forests had been strangled and only gurgled away into nothingness.
