He threw the blood around him. Now red was everywhere, in every direction for as far as the eye could see. It was all the eye could see. That dark, thick red. That delicious, lovely red. He lived for it.
No! No, he didn't! He never wanted this - he hated it - but the taste of the blood... No!
His hands clenched his hair so roughly his nails dug into his scalp. He was sitting, no, leaning forward. Crouched down and he was nearly falling forward. His eyes were squeezed shut. He wasn't ready to look. Not yet...
Smelling it was enough. That sharp scent, completely coating his sense of smell. He knew what the world around him looked like. Red. Covered in blood... as was he.

Slowly, his eyelids parted from each other and his brain fought to understand what was happening. Concrete. Blood. Gray, black, red. And him, much the same. He nearly sighed with relief. That's who he was. He was a guy. Dark clothes, hair, skinny jeans and sneakers. But... covered in blood. He didn't understand...
His lifted his hand slowly to his mouth. It was hard to tell he was wearing fingerless gloves. The blood on his hand shone like candy, and it tasted just as sweet...
