Description: Vaelyn is a sorcerer who doubles as an enforcer/mercenary for whoever has the money to hire him. The mob has paid him the most for a while, but he doesn't consider them his masters. He is covered in tattoos, most with some sort of magical purpose, save for the willow tattooed on his side, which he doesn't talk about. He's violent, but not without restraint. He's mildly sadistic, but never lets that interfere with his work. The other gang members refuse to talk to him, or about him. He terrifies most of them into silence without ever speaking to them.
