KetShiWhile Mizuti is a gifted sorceress in-training, she is a mere fourteen years old. Her people, the "Children of the Earth", claim her as a prodigy that will lead them into new prosperity.
Like all of the Children of the Earth, Mizuti always wears an elaborately-decorated mask which conceals her whole face, as well as brightly-colored, billowy clothes. The tightly-fitted mask distorts her speech, which is magnified by her bizarre word choices and sentence structure. In fact, with her body and face obscured, and her voice unclear, strangers have no idea what sex or age she is. Add in the ornate, even grotesque qualities of her garb and her penchant for floating in midair, and few know what to make of her.
This child is capable of performing incredible feats of magic, from conjuring up ethereal beasts of water and fire to manipulating time itself. One can only imagine what the full scope of her abilities might be...
